Aker Solutions ASA: Sale of Own Shares for Employee Share Purchase Program and Manager Share Purchase Program

January 29, 2025 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has sold own shares in
connection with granting of matching shares for the company's employee share
purchase program and manager share purchase program for 2021.

Both share programs include a right to receive matching shares for participants
who remain employed and have not sold any program shares as of December 31,
2024. These participants receive matching shares in the ratio 1:1; one matching
share for each share acquired under the program.

Aker Solutions has today sold a total of 1,995,825 shares to program
participants. The shares were sold at a price per share, excluding applicable
discount, of NOK 31.9172. This equals the volume-weighted average price of the
Aker Solutions share on Euronext Oslo Børs over the period from and including
January 22, 2025, to and including January 28, 2025.

Following these transactions, Aker Solutions has a holding of 10,847,732 own
shares.
