Major Shareholder Disclosure

Titan Venture AS has today, 28.01.25, subscribed for shares in the rights issue
in Arribatec Group ASA. Titan Venture AS will be allocated a minimum of
34,501,681 shares in the rights issue. Following the rights issue, Titan Venture
AS will hold a minimum of 37,551,681 shares in Arribatec Group ASA, equivalent
to 7.83% of the total number of 479,572,206 shares in Arribatec Group ASA
following completion of the rights issue, thereby crossing the 5% ownership
threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
