NOTIFICATION OF TRADE IN MEDISTIM ASA

Intertrade Shipping AS has today acquired 45,000 shares in Medistim ASA at a
price of NOK 146 per share. After the acquisition, Intertrade Shipping AS owns
75,000 shares in Medistim ASA.

Intertrade Shipping AS owns 100% of the subsidiary Fløtemarken AS. Fløtemarken
AS
already owns 1,285,000 shares in Medistim ASA. In total after today's purchase,
Intertrade Shipping AS controls 1,360,000 shares in Medistim ASA.

Intertrade Shipping AS is majority-owned and controlled by Øyvin A. Brøymer,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Medistim ASA. After the purchase Øyvin A.
Brøymer holds 7.42% of the shares in Medistim ASA.
