An extraordinary general meeting of Lumi Gruppen AS (the "Company") was held at
10:00 (CET) today, 27 January 2025, at the Company's offices in Oslo, to resolve
upon the election of a new board of directors for the Company.
All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the board of directors'
proposals as set out in the notice attached to the stock exchange announcement
published on 13 January 2025. Please see attached a copy of the minutes from the
extraordinary general meeting.
Following the extraordinary meeting, the Company's board of directors will
comprise the following:
• Robert Woodward (chair of the board)
• Bente Sollid Storehaug (board member)
• Ashkan Senobari (board member)
• Jan Fredrik Wilhelm Lundqvist (board member)
• Henriette Grønn (board member)
The Company's board of directors is pleased to welcome Henriette Grønn as a
board member. Grønn brings valuable experience to the board and has extensive
knowledge of the Company's business as she previously has served as a board
member in the Company's subsidiary, Oslo Nye Høyskole AS.
