Hawk Infinity Software AS – Successful placement of senior secured bond tap issue

Reference is made to the press release dated 21 January 2025. Hawk Infinity
Software AS announces that it has successfully placed a senior secured bond tap
issue of NOK 500 million under the Company’s existing senior secured bonds with
maturity in October 2029 (ISIN NO0013358069). The tap issue was priced at par.
The net proceeds from the contemplated tap issue will be used for acquisitions
and for general corporate purposes. ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities, and
Pareto Securities acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the bond tap
issue.
