Ensurge Micropower ASA - Registration of Share Capital Increase

Oslo, 27 January 2025

Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company")
on 20 January 2025 regarding a successful private placement of shares ("Private
Placement"), through an allocation of 40,000,000 new shares at a subscription
price of NOK 1,00 per new share for total gross proceeds of NOK 40 million.

The share capital increase has now been duly registered in the Register of
Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, the Company's share
capital is NOK 370,114,738.50 divided into 740,229,477 shares, each share having
a par value of NOK 0.50.
