Arribatec Group ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Arribatec Group ASA
(the “Company”) published on 2 December 2024 regarding the extraordinary general
meeting held.
The extraordinary general meeting resolved to decrease the share capital. The
resolution was published in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 3
December 2024. The creditor notice period ended on 14 January 2024. The share
capital decrease has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
The Company's new share capital is NOK 6,957,220.60 divided into 69,572,206
shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
