Oslo, Norway, 24 January 2025: Jorunn Sandnes, a close associate of chairperson
of the board of Thor Medical ASA, Ludvik Sandnes, has been allocated 50,000
shares in the subsequent offering of Thor Medical ASA at the subscription price
of NOK 2.5 per share.

Primary insider notifications pursuant to the market abuse regulation article 19
