Nordic Halibut AS – Ex Date

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Nordic Halibut AS ("Nordic
Halibut" or the "Company") on 22 January 2025 regarding a completed private
placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares in the Company, and the
contemplated subsequent offering of up to 1,150,000 new shares for the same
subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Nordic Halibut AS (Ticker: NOHAL) will be traded ex the rights to
receive subscription rights as of today, 23 January 2025.
