Election meeting - new proposal

Referring to the stock exchange announcement dated January 16, 2025, with a
notice of the election meeting for equity certificate holders.
An alternative proposal has been received from Sparebankstiftinga Søre Sunnmøre.
The case documents and voting solution have therefore been updated with the
alternative recommendation.
Equity certificate holders who have already voted can change their votes by
logging in again and casting their votes anew. Nominees will receive the change
via Swift.
The deadline for registration for physical participation, advance voting, and
proxy registration is February 3, 2025, at 16:00. The meeting notice with
accompanying documents is attached. The documents are also available at
www.smn.no/valg. This information is mandatory pursuant to the Securities
Trading Act § 5-12.
