Color Group AS: Approval and publication of prospectus and application to list bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 October 2024,
regarding the successful placement of a subordinated perpetual hybrid bond issue
of NOK 800 million with first call date after 3.5 years and a coupon of 3 months
NIBOR + 4% ("COLG20").

The bond terms of COLG20 require that the bonds are to be listed on the Oslo
Stock Exchange. In this connection, Color Group AS (the "Company") has prepared
a Registration Document which was approved by the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway on 27 June 2024, and a Securities Note and a Summary which
the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway on 23 January 2025 (the
"Prospectus").

Concurrently with the publication of this stock exchange announcement, the
Company will submit an application to the Oslo Stock Exchange for the admission
of COLG20 for trading. After COLG20 is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, COLG20
will be tradable under the ISIN NO 0013387878 and the ticker COLG20.
