Nordhealth AS - Appointment of new CFO

Nordhealth AS (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed
Alexander Cram as its new chief financial officer ("CFO"), effective from 3rd of
February 2025. Alexander was previously CFO of Superside, a fast growing
marketing services company.

The decision for the departure of the existing CFO, Mari Laine, was reached
through mutual agreement. Charles and the board of directors extends its
gratitude to Mari for her valuable contributions to the Company over the past
years.
