Cyviz AS is hosting its Capital Markets Day in Oslo today, January 22, 2025.

The attached presentation provides detailed insights into the key highlights to
be presented:

Financial targets presented for the period 2025-2030:

* ARR share of revenue: Above ~25% by 2030
* EBITDA margin: Above ~25% by 2030

Growth ambitions:

* Achieving annual growth in recurring revenues (ARR), driven by SaaS-based
solutions and new business lines.
* Scaling operations through partner-based distribution, including expansion
into new geographies and industries.
* Disrupting the AV industry with Cyviz' Software Management Platform as one of
the cornerstones for future growth.

through subscription solutions.
