offer set out in the offer document dated 21 January 2025 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Belships ASA made by Blue Northern BLK
Ltd.

Offer price: NOK 20.50 per share

Offer period: From and including 22 January 2025 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 20
February 2025 (subject to extension)
