An Extraordinary General Meeting in Ayfie International AS (OSE: AIX) will be

0278 Oslo, to propose the election of a new board member.

Erlend Sogn is a seasoned Norwegian business leader with extensive experience in
the software industry and digital transformation. He has held several senior
leadership roles across technology companies and is best known for his tenure as
Managing Director of Visma Software AS.
During his leadership at Visma, Sogn spearheaded several strategic acquisitions,
including OneStop Reporting AS in 2019 and Codegarden AS in 2020. These
acquisitions strengthened Visma’s capabilities in cloud-based solutions for
