ABL Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

ABL Group ASA (the Company) has been notified of the following transactions by
primary insider and observer of the Board of Directors, Bjørn Stray, and by
closely associated legal person to primary insider and chairman of the Board of
Directors, Gross Management AS, controlled by Glen Ole Rødland.

Bjørn Stray has purchased 45,000 shares at NOK 9.40 per share.
Following the share purchase, Mr Stray holds 6,362,743 shares in the Company.

requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Gross Management AS has purchased 115,000 shares at NOK 9.40 per share.
Following the share purchase, Gross Management AS holds 115,255,351 shares in
the
Company.
