Solstad Offshore ASA - Investment in Omega Subsea AS completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 20 December
2024 regarding Solstad Subsea Holding AS' ("Solstad") acquisition of 35,8 %
ownership share in Omega Subsea AS.

Following approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority received earlier
this week, the transaction has been completed today.

Solstad Subsea Holding AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA.
