Cavendish Hydrogen ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

16 January 2025: Lavrans Grjotheim, Chair of the Board of Directors in Cavendish
Hydrogen ASA (the "Company"), has today sold 950,565 shares in the Company at a
price of NOK 11 per share through his companies Axon AS and Galileo AS.

Following the transaction, Lavrans Grjotheim and his close associates do not
hold any shares in the Company.
