To build new office building in Horten

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been selected by
Kaldnes Utvikling AS as the contractor for the construction of a new office
building in Horten. The contract will be executed as a collaborative contract
and has a value of approximately NOK 108 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the design and construction of the new office building with
four floors and associated outdoor works. The total project area is 4,100 square
meters gross floor area (GFA). The building will be one of Horten’s most modern
and environmentally friendly office buildings, located near the city center and
harbor area.

designing and building Havneportalen. We look forward to continuing the good
cooperation in the implementation of the project”, says Yngvar S. Brekke,
general manager of Strøm Gundersen Vestfold.

Construction is to start January 2025, with estimated construction time of 16
months.
