DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING IN SPIR GROUP ASA (ticker SPIR_NO; SEDOL BQ72DS9)

This disclosure is made by Artisan Partners Limited Partnership (“Artisan”) in
accordance with Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

On January 13, 2025 (with settle date January 15, 2025), Artisan purchased
1,097,894 shares in Spir Group ASA ("SPIR") for and on behalf of several
clients. Artisan acts as discretionary investment adviser to its clients and is
authorized to exercise voting rights attached to the shares under management on
a discretionary basis.

Following the transaction, the aggregate shareholding in SPIR over which Artisan
is authorized to exercise voting rights on a discretionary basis amounts to
7,247,530 shares, equaling 5.47% of the issued shares and votes in SPIR. No
single client of Artisan held above 5.00% in Spir Group ASA before or after the
acquisition.

The above calculations are based on a total number of outstanding shares in SPIR
of 132,576,199 shares.
