Zaptec ASA: Purchase of shares by Board Member

Sandnes, Norway, 14 January 2025:

Karoline Nystrøm, board member of Zaptec ASA ("Zaptec" or the "Company"),
purchased 23,000 shares in the Company on 14 January 2025 at an average price of
NOK 10.80. Following the transaction, Karoline Nystrøm owns 23,000 shares in the
Company.
