Larvik (Norway), January 10, 2025 - In reference to the press release of January
10th issued
by Greater Than, accusing ABAX of infringing upon contractually regulated
intellectual
property (IP) rights, ABAX categorically refutes these allegations.
ABAX find it necessary to address the statements made, as these claims are not
only unfounded
but misrepresentative of the facts. With reference to the already ongoing and
now indicated
litigations, ABAX will refrain from making any further comments at this time.
