Sparebanken Vest - Successful issuance of Senior Non-Preferred Bonds in NOK

Sparebanken Vest has today issued a combined volume of NOK 1.1 billion in Senior
Non-Preferred bonds, settlement date is January 16th 2025:

•NOK 600 million in a new 5y FRN Green Senior Non-Preferred bond (ISIN
NO0013457960). The issue has a coupon rate of 3 month NIBOR +0.97 % p.a.

•Increase of NOK 500 million in the existing Fixed Senior Non-Preferred bond
with maturity date 11th March 2030 (ISIN NO0013426718). New outstanding amount
after the increase is NOK 1 billion.

Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transactions.
