OBOS Eiendom AS – Successful new bond issue

OBOS Eiendom AS (BBB-/Stable) has today successfully issued NOK 553m in a new
4-year senior secured bond issue with a floating rate coupon of 3m NIBOR + 1.43%
p.a. The bonds will be secured in the property Tvetenveien 150, land number 140,
title number 59 in the municipality of Oslo. Settlement date is 23 January and
an application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Nordic ABM.

Nordea acted as Manager for the issuance.
