SHELF DRILLING, LTD. – MINUTES OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Cayman Islands, January 7, 2025 – Reference is made to the Notice of
Extraordinary General Meeting issued by Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling”
or the “Company”, OSE: SHLF) on December 17, 2024 (available on the Company’s
website).

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company was held today at the offices
of Conyers Dill & Pearman, SIX, 2nd Floor, Cricket Square, 171 Elgin Ave, George
Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and all proposed resolutions were adopted.
