The combined shareholders’ meeting of Elior Group (Paris:ELIOR) – whose shares are listed on Euronext Paris - will take place on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Amphitheater of the Derichebourg Multiservices Tower, 51 Chemin des Mèches – 94000 Créteil - France.

The statutory notice of meeting (in French only) was published in France’s official legal journal (BALO) on December 20, 2024.
