Holding AS at a price of NOK 1,125 per share.

Odfjell Land AS is a related party of Biofish Holding AS Board member Kjetil
Grønskag. Odfjell Land AS owns 13,464,686 shares and 2,400,000 warrants in
Biofish Holding AS, after this transaction.
