NRC Group ASA: Employee Share Purchase Program

NRC Group ASA ("NRC" or the "Company") has carried out its employee share
purchase program for 2024.

Participants in the share purchase program were offered a discount of 20 percent
on the average closing price through the subscription period. Hence the
subscription price after discount was NOK 4.24.

In connection with the program, the Company has transferred 816,941 of its
shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program. Following the
transaction, NRC owns 339,306 treasury shares.

The following primary insiders have purchased shares:

Anders Gustafsson, CEO, has purchased 15,094 shares in the program. Following
the purchase Mr. Gustafsson owns 441,524 shares in the Company.

Åsgeir Nord, CFO, has purchased 15,094 shares in the program. Following the
purchase Mr. Nord owns 135,094 shares in the Company.

Marianne Kellmer, EVP and Head of People, Culture and Digitalisation, has
purchased 15,094 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mrs. Kellmer owns
19,375 shares in the Company.

Tomas Johansson, EVP and MD NRC Sweden, has purchased 15,094 shares in the
program. Following the purchase Mr. Johansson owns 15,094 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5
-12.
