Eirik Børve Monsen becomes the new CFO of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA

Eirik Børve Monsen will assume the role of CFO no later than April 3, 2025. He
takes over from Roar Snippen, who has been acting CFO since the establishment of
SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge in October 2024.

Monsen has extensive experience from the telecommunications industry, both
nationally and internationally. He was part of the management team in Telenor's
venture in Asia and has 13 years of experience as CFO at Telenor Eiendom, Akva
Group, and Lyse. When Monsen starts in April, he will join SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge
from his role as CEO at Lyse Tele.

experience in the finance sector and has significant knowledge of technology and
the mass market, where there are many parallels between banking and
telecommunications” says Inge Reinertsen, CEO of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge.

Since this fall, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge has conducted a thorough process to find
the group's new CFO, considering both internal and external candidates.

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge, who will have Roar Snippen as the assistant CFO going
forward.
