Employee share purchase program

Oslo, Norway, 5 January 2025

Zalaris ASA has on 3 January completed the annual share purchase program for
employees. As part of the program, Zalaris has sold 9,126 own shares to
employees at an average subscription price of NOK 61.29 per share. The
subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average share price in the
period between 9 – 23 December 2024, less 15% or 20% discount (depending on the
country of residence). To receive the discount the shares have a 24 months
lock-up period.
