Delivery of shares under Otovo’s share purchase programme

Otovo ASA (the “Company”) has on 3 January 2025 resolved to deliver 401,415
shares to participants in the Company’s share purchase program. The program was
established on 1 December 2020 and the participants that are still employed
after four years receive one retention share for every two shares purchased at
the start of the program. The shares delivered are part of the Company’s
treasury shares and are delivered against no payment.
The following primary insiders will receive retention shares:
Andreas Thorsheim, CEO: 7,150 shares
Simen Fure Jørgensen, COO: 7,150 shares
Paulina Ackermann, CFOO: 71,520 shares
