Ayfie strengthens leadership team

(Oslo, January 3, 2025) Ayfie International AS (OSE: AYFIE) announces key
changes to its leadership team as part of its growth strategy. The company
welcomes Sindre Chr. Johansen as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), while
Thomas Becke assumes the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Sindre Johansen brings more than 20 years of valuable experience in B2B software
and cloud solutions. As the founder and former CEO of Cloud Connection AS, he
built and led Norway's leading Visma.net consultancy, demonstrating strong
capabilities in both technical understanding and commercial development. His
appointment comes through the network of Ayfie's recently announced strategic
investors, who see significant potential in the company's AI-enhanced search and
information access solutions.
