Oslo, 31 December 2024: Reference is made to Spir Group ASA's (the "Company")
stock exchange announcement on 6 December 2024 regarding the issuance of up to
124,480 bonus shares in connection with the Company's employee share purchase
program for 2021 (the "ESPP 2021").
The share capital increase of NOK 2,489.60 pertaining to the issuance of the
124,480 bonus shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,651,523.98,
divided on 132,576,199 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
