HAAS AS has today bought 33.343 shares in Ayfie Group AS at 3,8456 NOK.

With this purchase HAAS AS currently owns 1.033.343 shares representing 4,92 %
of the outstanding shares.

Andreas Akselsen is shareholder and managing director in HAAS AS and also
represented as board member of Ayfie AS.

In addition Andreas Akselsen is a shareholder in Godthåb Holding AS representing
1.031.943 shares which represents 4,91 % of the shares.
