Everfuel A/S - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Everfuel A/S from trading
on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II section
3.17.2, Oslo Børs has on 30. December 2024 made the following resolution: "The
shares of Everfuel A/S will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 2.
January 2025. The last day of trading will be 30. December 2024.”
