Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C. – RESULTS OF SUMMONS FOR WRITTEN RESOLUTION

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 11 December 2024 whereas
Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C requested certain changes for its two senior
unsecured bonds listed on Oslo Stock Exchange, with ISIN NO0013172734 and ISIN
NO0011167785 (collectively the “Bonds”).

Bondholders did not approve the proposed changes to the Bonds.
