SoftOx Solutions AS: Ex dividend in-kind today

Reference is made to SoftOx Solution's ("Company") announcement on 6 December
2024 regarding the Company's contemplated in-kind dividend of 1 951 253 942
shares in the Company's subsidiary SoftOx Wound & Skin Care AS and resolution
regarding the same on 20 December 2024.

The shares in the Company will be traded ex-dividend (contribution in-kind of
Softox Wound & Skin Care shares) as of today, 27 December 2024.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the
Continuing Obligations.
