On December 27, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS, Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Bank AB, bought
201,137 shares in Shelf Drilling Ltd (ISIN KYG236271055). After these
transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet
Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, held a total of 12 858 257
shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.03% of the
outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 1.59%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 3.43%
Nordnet Bank AB: 0.00039%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares. This
