Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI") on 19 December 2024 and 20 December 2024, whereby PPI
announced the completion of the acquisition of Strandgaten 229 in Bergen and
the completion of the acquisition of Rigedalen 5 in Kristiansand, and the
resolutions by PPI's board of directors to issue a total of 4,710,170 new
shares in PPI as consideration to the sellers in the transactions.
The share capital increases pertaining to the transactions have been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
issuance of the new shares, PPI's share capital is NOK 10,755,191.25 divided
into 215,103,825 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
