Odfjell SE: Mandatory notification of trade

Primary insider and board member, Odfjell SE, Christine Rødsæther, has on 20
December 2024 transferred her holdings of 1,800 A-shares and 1,880 B-shares in
Odfjell SE to her fully owned Norwegian Limited Liability Company Seteviken AS
with company registration number 934570251. The shares were transferred at a
price of NOK 104 per A-share and NOK 100 per B-share.

After these transactions, Seteviken AS, owned and contrilled by Christine
Rødsæther, owns 1.800 A-shares and 1.880 B-shares in Odfjell SE.
