JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") has a notifiable interest in the share capital of
Borr Drilling Limited as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan
Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 19 December 2024 was
12,538,700 being 4.748% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the
company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 19
December 2024.
