In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Renewi plc announces that on 19 December 2024, Non-Executive Director, Neil Hartley, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Moreld AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: MORLD). Moreld AS is a Norway-based, full-service project execution partner for the energy, marine and industrial sectors.
