Cyviz AS: Increase of Share Capital Registered

Reference is made to the announcement by Cyviz AS on September 16, 2024 and
December 16, 2024, regarding the exercise of share options and share purchase
program for employees including primary insiders.

The share capital increase of NOK 82,460.40 pertaining to the issuance of 74,964
new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 14,256,617.10
divided into 12,960,561 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10.
