SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 20 December 2024: Loans granted by HFN Group AS in connection with
certain share Investment programs in SATS ASA (the "Company") have been repaid
by way of delivery of shares in SATS Management Investment AS and shares in
the Company as further set out in the attached forms of notification. HFN
Group AS and SATS Management Investment AS are closely associated entities of
primary insiders in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
