Management AS for approximately 4,700 sqm combined in Drammensveien 134 at
Skøyen, Oslo.
The lease contract with Höegh Evi AS has a duration of 11.2 years, starting from
Q4 2025.
The lease contract with Höegh Autoliners Management AS has a duration of 10.7
years, starting from Q2 2026.
