Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA (OLT) and Coop Norge Eiendom AS (CNE) have since
2007 owned the property company Amco Eiendom AS (Amco) with 50% each. The
company owns 8 wholly and partially owned shopping centers in Norway.

In connection with a restructuring of Amco, an agreement has today been entered
into that OLT will buy up to 100% in the centers Amfi Sogningen and Amfi
Eidsvoll, while CNE will buy up to 100% in the shopping center Amfi Årnes, and
take over Amco's 50 % shares in the respective Amfi Nærbø, Amfi Rørvik and Amfi
Otta.

The shopping centers that OLT will take over have a total property value of MNOK
830, while CNE takes over holdings with a total property value adjusted for
ownership of MNOK 430.

The property values used in the transaction are in line with book values in
OLT's balance sheet as at 30/09/2024.

The transaction is scheduled to take place on 30 December 2024.

After the transaction is completed, Amco will still own the shopping centers
Amfi Elverum and Amfi Fauske.
