NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Sweden - SEK 267 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Group Sverige AB, a
company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA to a contract for track related work in
the counties of Västmanlands and Södermanland.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 267 million, and will involve
rail services such as track, electro, signal/telecom and groundwork.

The work will commence in January 2025 and is scheduled for completion in
September 2025.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and
formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
