Nomination Committee for the AGM 2025

The annual general meeting of Otovo ASA will be held in Oslo on 15 May 2025.

The members of the Nomination Committee are:
- Atle Knudsen, Executive Vice President for New Industry at Å Energi AS
- Ingunn Randa, Executive Vice President at Obos AS
- Marie Strannegård, CEO of AxSol AB
- Christian Berg, CFO at Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA

The nomination committee is assigned to prepare and present proposals to the
2025 AGM regarding the election of board members and nomination committee
members and remuneration of board members and nomination committee members.

Shareholders who would like to submit a proposal to the nomination committee
shall do so no later than 14 February 2025.
