Major shareholding notification

Optimus Invest Limited, a company owned by Andre Lavold, has bought 50.000
shares in Gentoo Media Inc. As a result of this transaction, Lavold and close
associates has increased its holding to 6.750.000 shares, or 5.01%, of the
outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc.
