Longship Group Newbuilding Update

Longship Group is pleased to share the following updates:

1. Successful Delivery of “LONGSUN” and “LONGSKY”
The “GS Eco-Freighter 3700” vessels, LONGSUN and LONGSKY, constructed by GS
Projects and Ship and Steelbuilding (SaS) in Waterhuizen, have been successfully
delivered. Both vessels are fully financed and have commenced service under a
three-year time charter agreement.

2. Order for Two Additional “GS Eco-Freighter 3700” Vessels
We have placed an order for two additional eco-friendly general cargo vessels,
LONGSEA and LONGSTAR, with GS Projects and Ship and Steelbuilding (SaS) in
Waterhuizen. These modern vessels, designed for high fuel efficiency and reduced
environmental impact, will sail under the Dutch flag. Delivery is expected in Q2
and Q3 of 2025, respectively. Both vessels are committed on finance and will
operate under five-year time charter agreements.

3. Upcoming Delivery of “LONGEARTH”
The delivery of LONGEARTH, the third vessel in our series of four, is scheduled
for January 2025 from Atlas Shipyard in Turkey. Like her predecessors, LONGERA
and LONGEON, LONGEARTH features a modern diesel-electric propulsion system and
an optimized hull design for ultra-low fuel consumption. The vessel is committed
on finance and represents another milestone in our sustainable fleet expansion.

These developments align with Longship Group’s strategic commitment to reducing
environmental impact and carbon emissions across operations, reinforcing our
position as a leader in sustainable shipping.
